I’m a former academic scientist who left academia to build a biotech startup. As Chief Scientific Officer, I designed the company’s science, regulatory strategy, and health-claim architecture. When we pivoted into FoodTech, I stepped in as CEO, aligning the science with market positioning, investment priorities, and commercial reality.

My previous venture was recognized by the industry and investors, including winning the 2025 FoodTech World Cup, being a DeepTech LATAM finalist, and being shortlisted among FoodNavigator’s Top 30 FoodTech Startups and Forward Fooding’s 500 AgriFoodTech companies.

That experience changed how I see food innovation.
